Learn how products created in QBO will show up in TrueRev

Your product catalog from Quickbooks Online (QBO) is synced over from QBO. To add new products, you can do this in QBO and they will automatically appear in TrueRev.

Once TrueRev is connected and synced with QuickBooks, the company's information, chart of accounts, products, invoices, and other data will be integrated into TrueRev.

How to view the “Products” in Truerev:

From Settings:

  1. From the TrueRev dashboard, click the Settings icon.

  2. Navigate to the Products setting.

  3. All the products and services set in QuickBooks will be listed, and product information such as name, class, and default account will also be integrated.

From Reports:

  1. From the TrueRev dashboard, go to the Reports tab.

  2. Select the type of Report you need.

  3. In the Products column, you can choose how the report will be presented: monthly, quarterly, or annually.

  4. Once the report dashboard is open, navigate to the top section of the report. Update or enter the Start date and End date of your report. You can also change the period and filter the report by using tags and auto-renewal. Use the dropdown list to select “Tags” and “Auto-renewal”.

  5. Click on each product to expand and view the contracts from which the products were earned.
