Sometimes TrueRev and QuickBooks can get disconnected or temporarily not in sync. If you notice this or suspect it, you can force a manual sync between TrueRev and QBO.

How to force a manual Quickbooks sync
Go to the TrueRev dashboard and click the Settings icon.
The Quickbooks Integration will appear on the screen.
Click the “Sync” button.
Wait for the synchronization to complete, including the company's information, chart of accounts, invoices, data, and more.
The status “Connected” will reappear.
