When you add a new customer or edit an existing customer, TrueRev will automatically sync it over to Quickbooks.

Adding a New Customer
From Settings:
Go to the TrueRev dashboard and click the Settings icon.
Navigate to the Customers setting.
Click the “+Create a new customer” button.
Complete the information in the Customer details and Billing address sections.
Choose the tax code applicable to the customer or select the “Use Company Default” if preferred.
Use the toggle button if the billing address is the same as the shipping address.
Click Save to finalize the new customer.
When creating a new contract:
Go to the TrueRev dashboard and click the “+Create a new contract” button.
In the section “Who is the Customer”, click the “+Create a new customer” button.
You will be directed to the Customer Settings dashboard.
Complete the information in the Customer details and Billing address sections.
Choose the tax code applicable to the customer or select the “Use Company Default” if preferred.
Use the toggle button if the billing address is the same as the shipping address.
Click Save to finalize the new customer.
