TrueRev can automatically renew contracts - creating new bookings, generating invoices with service dates and recognizing revenue.

Either on the Renewal Term start date or the first Invoice date – whichever is earlier. There is a “renew now” button that will manually run the auto-renewal for that contract – creating all of the things and setting up the next auto-renewal. Until we add a “renewal date” feature, that’s how you could generate the next auto-renewal early for forcasting purposes.

TrueRev currently supports percentage-based rate increases. You can add them to all products, you can also edit each product individually. Rate increase percentages are copied forward to the next renewal and applied (so it’s compounding). You can edit anything in the Auto-renewal configuration before the renewal happens, so if you’re not sure you can leave out rate increases and set a reminder to check.
