When you need to make changes to an existing contract, here are procedures to do so.

Approach 1:

  1. From the dashboard (when you first login to TrueRev), click on the Modify a Contract tile in the middle of the page.

  2. Enter appropriate search information to find the contract.

  3. Click on the row of the contract you want to change.

  4. Select "I would like to change this contract."

  5. Navigate to the relevant tab(s) and make your change(s).

  6. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to ensure your changes get saved.

Approach 2:

  1. Click on the Contracts tab from the menu-column on the left.

  2. Find the contract you want to edit (enter a few letters of the customer name in the search box).

  3. Click on the action ellipses at the far right end of the contract row.

  4. Click "modify contract " on the action menu list.

  5. Navigate to the relevant tab(s) and make your change(s).

  6. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to ensure your changes get saved.
